I had the pleasure of working with Bruce on our set redesign and he was truly fantastic. You spend just 5 minutes talking with him and you can tell he's not only highly knowledgeable about lighting, but also a great communicator and a down-to-earth guy. Since we were changing color temperature of our lighting, he carefully walked us through the implications and options and developed a plan that used some of our existing fixtures. He was also incredibly flexible and patient with some unforeseen changes. Since our set uses a lot of large 98" monitors, Bruce was able to diligently minimize reflections during the install. All in all, no hassle, no drama, just a top notch experience from start to finish.
In the end, he was able to bring out the best in how our talent and set appear on camera. We have truly never looked better on air. I would work with him again in a heartbeat - you will not be disappointed with what he's able to deliver!
